This Privacy Policy explains how Scandere LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Scandere", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit scandere.cc or apply through our application forms.
It does not cover CallReviewer (calls.scandere.cc), our call review software, which has its own terms.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you apply for coaching, apply to be placed as a closer or setter, apply to hire closers, or request a CallReviewer demo, we collect:
- your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
- your answers to the application questions, which may include your sales experience, earnings ranges, availability, business revenue ranges, what you sell, team size and hiring needs
- anything else you choose to write in the free-text answers
Information collected automatically. If you arrive through an ad or tracked link, we save the campaign details in that link (such as utm_source or fbclid) with your application. Our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
Information from scheduling. When you book a call, our scheduling provider, Calendly, collects the details you enter and shares them with us.
How we use your information
- to review your application and decide whether our services are a fit
- to contact you by email, phone, text or WhatsApp about your application and our services
- to schedule and hold calls with you
- to match closers and setters with businesses that are hiring
- to understand which marketing brings in qualified applicants
- to keep the site secure and comply with legal obligations
How we share your information
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us: Google (website hosting through Firebase, application storage in Google Sheets, and web fonts) and Calendly (scheduling). They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Hiring partners. If you apply to be placed as a closer or setter, we may share your application and assessment results with businesses we're considering placing you with.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, users or others.
- Business transfers, if Scandere is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
scandere.cc does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser's session storage to carry your name and email from the application to the booking page, and that data is cleared when you close the tab. The embedded Calendly scheduler and Google Fonts may collect information under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
We keep application information for as long as we need it to evaluate your application and maintain our relationship with you, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you with marketing, by emailing lucio.tz.hts@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, including certain US states and the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law. We respond to verified requests within the time the law requires, and we won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
International visitors
Scandere is a United States company. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above.
