Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Scandere LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Scandere", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit scandere.cc or apply through our application forms.

It does not cover CallReviewer (calls.scandere.cc), our call review software, which has its own terms.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you apply for coaching, apply to be placed as a closer or setter, apply to hire closers, or request a CallReviewer demo, we collect:

your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
your answers to the application questions, which may include your sales experience, amounts collected, availability and time zone, coach or mentor, business revenue ranges, the price range of your offer, team size, hiring needs and what you spend each month on growing your sales
links and profiles you share, such as your Instagram handle, a Loom video or call recordings
anything else you choose to write in the free-text answers

Phone verification. Before booking a call, some applicants confirm their phone number by completing a captcha and entering a one-time code we send by text message. Google Firebase Authentication and Google reCAPTCHA process your phone number, the code and device and browser signals to send the code and prevent abuse.

Information collected automatically. If you arrive through an ad or tracked link, we save the campaign details in that link (such as utm_source or fbclid) with your application. Our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. On our pages for businesses, the Meta Pixel records visits and certain actions, described under "Cookies and similar technologies" below.

Information from scheduling. When you book a call, our scheduling provider, Calendly, collects the details you enter and shares them with us.

How we use your information

to review your application and decide whether our services are a fit
to verify your phone number and prevent fake or automated applications and bookings
to contact you by email, phone, text or WhatsApp about your application and our services
to schedule and hold calls with you
to match closers and setters with businesses that are hiring
to understand which marketing brings in qualified applicants, and to measure and improve our ads
to keep the site secure and comply with legal obligations

How we share your information

Service providers that run parts of our business for us: Google (website hosting through Firebase, phone verification through Firebase Authentication and reCAPTCHA, application storage in Google Forms and Google Sheets, and web fonts), Calendly (scheduling) and Bïrch (server-side forwarding of website events to Meta, described below). They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
Advertising partners. On our pages for businesses, Meta Platforms, Inc. receives information through the Meta Pixel, as described below.
Hiring partners. If you apply to be placed as a closer or setter, we may share your application and assessment results with businesses we're considering placing you with.
Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, users or others.
Business transfers, if Scandere is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Our use of the Meta Pixel on pages for businesses may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under some US state laws. To opt out of that sharing, email us at the address below and block third-party cookies in your browser.

Cookies and similar technologies

scandere.cc uses your browser's session storage to carry your name, email and phone number from the application to the booking step, and to note that you finished booking a call. That data is cleared when you close the tab.

On our pages for businesses (scandere.cc/partners and the confirmation pages that follow it), we use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. It uses cookies and similar technologies to record page visits and actions such as submitting an application that meets our criteria or booking a call, so we can measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you enter your name, email address or phone number in our application on those pages, the Meta Pixel may convert it into a scrambled code (a hash) in your browser and send that code to Meta, which uses it to match your visit to a Facebook or Instagram account. A copy of those events is also sent to Meta from a server run for us by Bïrch, so the measurement still works when a browser blocks tracking. Meta may connect this information with your Facebook or Instagram account and use it under its own privacy policy. You can manage ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and block or delete cookies in your browser. The rest of scandere.cc does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

The embedded Calendly scheduler, video players (such as YouTube, Wistia, Loom or Vimeo), Google reCAPTCHA and Google Fonts may set cookies or collect information under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep information

We keep application information for as long as we need it to evaluate your application and maintain our relationship with you, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you with marketing, by emailing lucio.tz.hts@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, including certain US states and the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law. We respond to verified requests within the time the law requires, and we won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

International visitors

Scandere is a United States company. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above.
